Spring Creek Community

The Spring Creek community, ..... is one of the most sought after locations in central Virginia.

The community is approved for 1200 homes.... single family, patio/courtyard, and town homes. There are several builders who have given Spring Creek a variety of home pricing and styles.

The amenities at Spring Creek are "semi-private", meaning that there are residents and outside members. The dues are $160/month and this includes:
...24-hour Community security and security gate.
...Snow removal and plowing
...Maintenance of common areas
...The Sports Membership includes: fitness room, pool, seasonal snack bar, tennis courts, community meeting room.
...The Golf Course and Country Club membership is available , additional cost is required.


It's amazing. Surfaces like this one didn't exit when we were young. The ground under this playset is covered with a safe resilient spongy outdoor surface... no rough landings yet it looks wonderful.
